That is what everyone else thinks but cannot find pictures of like product.Copper rivet used on a lot of old farm equipment,knife handles etc. Anywhere you want a secure connection without using a bolt and nut . tens of thousand of aluminum ones Used in boats and airplanes. Get them in copper,aluminum,stainless depending on material your fastening.
