I’ve had good luck indoors no pesticides at all. This cherry tomato plant is 268 days old and still a heavy producer (38 tomatoes currently). Herbs and lettuce is a snap as well. My big problem is killing them these things grow forever.

I run the water in the tank I keep my minnows and shad in through a figure 8 of 4” pvc pipe with a couple dozen 2” net pots containing (this year) lettuce, cucumbers, green beans, 3 peaches and cream corn, a pumpkin, a tomato and some herbs. Keeps the water crystal clear.
Going to try adding in some everbearing strawberry’s when I get them ready.
More of a hydroponic setup, but similar to yours.

That chunk of rebar is 36” and goes a bit out of frame. Whole thing sits atop a 330 gallon ibc.

Looks like there is a bit of iron deficiency with the yellowing.

What pumps are you using? Do you use an adjustable manifold for the water delivery? I'm about to set up a small greenhouse.

On mine I have just a single “pond pump” from the local home improvement center. One of the 300-500 gph I would like to say from memory.
There is about 30 feet of horizontal run but only about 4’ of head. I keep the pump suspended about 18” above the bottom as it is one with the automatic switch, kinda a poor mans low water shutdown feature. As to flow adjustment, I ran a t fitting and run one end wide open and adjust pressure/flow with a ball valve on the other end which dumps into a homemade biological filter(just a bunch of sponges) on top of the fish tank. I adjust that valve to get my desired flow through the grow materials. We have done a couple loads of catfish from Moore’s fish farm, feeding them dog food. The harvest from those was the best I have ever had, and they were just plain ol channels.
