Anyone watching "Wyatt Earp and the Cowboy War" on Netfllix?

I've watched the first two episodes,,,
This show convinces me even more that nobody know anything,,,
About what actually happened at that gunfight in Tombstone, Arizona.

Heck, we can't even agree on what happened last week,,,
Let alone what happened 140-plus years ago.

Good old Hollywood though,,,
They have Wyatt carrying a 12" Colt,,,
And most of the people wearing Buscadero rig holsters.

SASS had a category for people who dressed like Hollywood Heroes,,,
"The West that Never Was".

But who am I to talk,,,
When I did SASS back in the early 90's,,,
My persona was the youngest son of an English Baron,,,
My two gun rig was as "Hollywood" fancy as I could make it to be.

About the only thing I had that was period correct,,,
Were my pair of 1858 Remington revolvers.

I watched it, thought it was pretty interesting. I don't pay attention to weapons and such in movies or shows, they are never period correct.

I watched the first episode last night.

It’s a History Channel format show. So if you enjoy those type of shows and western history you’ll probably enjoy this.
