AR Gapper Substitutes

Any good substitute suggestions?
I usually put a little piece of the fuzzy side of Velcro on the bottom of the trigger guards on my glocks. Need some ideas for the AR.
And yes I do have sensitive fingers

They make a little rubber gapper for AR's that works great. But after getting a Magpul enhanced trigger guard and a MIAD with the integral enhanced guard, I'll never go back to a regular one.

Foam ear plug works awesome on the cheap, and folks keep asking you what that little orange thing is. I bet I used one for a year before I broke down and bought a Magpul trigger guard.

I used the little rubber gapper that came with the ERGO ambi grip I ordered last time. This little gizmo is shaped like a lopsided "U" and seems to work pretty well.

Is the Magpul MIAD made of a hard plastic like the standard AR grip, or is it made of a softer material like the ERGO?

It's pretty similar to a standard grip.
