Nothing screams lack of maintenance louder than brake dust on wheels. Seeing this bugs me to no end.

How far do you go to maintain your vehicles? Me, I’m damn anal, to the point of washing the inside of my wheels. I changed the oil in the wife’s 4Runner today, rotated the tires, checked the brakes and all fluids, then greased all the zerts.

If you were a REAL car guy, you'd know those are called ZERKS. :-)

Ludicrous mode?

I went so far as to buy a car with literally 0 maintenance that drives itself and does 0-60 in a shade over 4 seconds.

Living on and traveling dirt, sand, gravel and shale roads.........the words anal and clean are non existent. Maintenance yes, cleanliness no. My daughter's jk, my f350 and Ranger only get washed when it rains. The wife's Highlander gets washed at a drive thru about once a month. The two 66 and 71 broncos are the only thing I wash, they never see the mud or rain through.
