The republican party is totally at fault.

McCain was a RINO and there are several more in the party, but Republicans have chipped away at it every chance. They have lost some cases that would have killed it and won a few that put it on life support. The government can not force you to buy insurance now for one which pretty much gutted Obamacare.

I’m not totally sure about that. I remember trumps very first executive order was that the government and states could not collect the fines for not having insurance which in effect neutered it. But being that it’s an executive order Beijing Biden could probably reinstate that part. I think it’s kind of in the air again but I wouldn’t doubt it if they started finding people once more if they didn’t have insurance.

The last time they had control of Congress and the Presidency, they wasted time and lost power before they got to work on their agenda. They have lost a fighting chance in the Court since then as well. I doubt they'll doddle this time around, but I think it won't pass the Senate as long as the filibuster remains intact.

You know what that means, don't you? The Republicans are just as culpable for the existence of Obamacare as those who enacted it. It's the same thing with the unconstitutional infringements on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. If not repealed by whichever party is in control of Congress, they are just as guilty as those who enacted the infringements in the first place. They are all guilty of misprision. So is the Supreme Court for not upholding the Constitution.

We are no longer governed by a constitutional government.
