The whole photo is just wrong. The brace is on an AR Pistol, however it has a front post making it an SBR and Class II making it NFA. NFA allows for full auto. He is not just stupid, he is a liar.
It depends, if it’s over 28 inches. If it is then it is just considered a firearm. It’s in a gray zone just like the Mossberg shockwave’s or those Sega style Comrade. If it is over 28 then you can have a foreword pistol grip on it. If it’s under 28 inches then you are correct and it is an NFA item.

I agree with you. That’s just not how it is right now. Don’t play the tyrannical governments rules right and they give people free vacations that are all inclusive. Maybe with this current Scotus and the way things are going right now things will change for the better.
