When I had mine in Arkansas it was like that.It's like that in several states.
No we don't have carry rights as our founding fathers intended. "Shall not be infringed". How many hoops do you have to jump through to realize that....That is good news, but I still will not renew my license.

You answered my question. Makes sense now.You asked what "SDA" was and I answered it. What is hard to understand about a law being passed to allow citizens to carry concealed? What do you mean by your second sentence?
As for cards, applicants that passed for the CCW permit received a card, and originally, if one was interacting with a police officer, we were to inform that we were carrying and show our permit.
