they've quartered themselves in airports, for a decade now, forcing companies to comply or be shut down. how is that not unconstitutional? illegally quartering, and illegally searching every passenger who wishes to travel.
No problems as I see it as long as they don't try to stop the legal sales.
I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong, but airports aren't required to have the TSA present. I believe there is a clause that allows airports to opt out of having TSA provide security. I believe they still have to meet TSA requirements, but aren't staffed by the TSA.
Being searched at an airport is not a violation of your rights. If you do not wish to be searched, do not fly.

You are correct but ONLY if said search doesn't violate any laws. Just because you're are a private business, that doesn't give you the right to break laws in dealing with your customers.
Sexual assault by TSA officers is sexual assualt and against the law period.

They're not living in the airports. And the airports are a public facility, not a private-owned home. So yeah, other than those two issues, it's just like forcing people to let soldiers live in their homes.
