From Bartlesville here, too... well, until recently. 
So, I'd suggest checking out Frank & Lola's. It's downtown, one block of of main street. Their green chile verde with pork is the frigging BOMB. They serve it on an open-face hamburger with fresh-made potato chips, or on a bowl of fries, both also covered with cheese... un-freaking-real good.
Luigi's is great Italian, too. Good steaks at either Murphy's or Sterling's Grill.
2 Sisters is downtown and has great sandwiches at lunch, at dinner they make a chicken fried ribeye that is amazing. Also their mac'n'cheese is ridiculous, made with pepper jack, and their sweet potato fries rock, too.
