There’s a email list called Only in Oklahoma that mentioned them recently. And if I remember correctly the Oklahoma Tourism show dropped by there to sample.

I agree with Polar being the best in the area. They also reel you in by offering a free one every time you go in. Veteran owned, use potato flour (which is why they're yellow inside), and fantastic!
I like Daylight Donuts. Nothing fancy, just regular old glazed or chocolate glazed. They taste the same at every Daylight I've ever been to. Worth the Saturday 3AM drive for hot ones in Duncan.
I’ve tried Daylight donuts and Dunkin’ Donuts and I think they send out for them because they aren’t fresh. The one that I like are hot off the press and just glazed-like a cop’s eyes.
I like an old fashioned - and sometimes one of the honey bun looking things or an apple fritter on occasion - dont need some of the concoctions and cute names from places like Hurts Donuts - (although they do a good job with the basics and are open late ) and dont need the frosting fashioned into little Cookie Monsters, or Ninja Turtles, or faces with Doc Holliday handlebar mustaches
There are many many many donut places that do an equally good job at this. Freshness is the key though --- The donuts still in the hopper at 2:30 in the afternoon at 7-11 are not that
