Wish I was with you I decided to go help out at my part time and it was wild and crazy, but the young ones I work with were most appreciative. But, got home and found out OSU did some good today, my alma mater.

It was a great Black Friday. Slept in, got up and made breakfast, ordered a few things on line.
Primary Arms has a sweet deal on BAD level, for anyone that needs one.

It's after 4:00 p.m., I'm still in my jammies, first time I haven't worked Black (freaking) Friday in 15 years! It's been a good day.

Red Castle was fairly crowded, especially the bench rest area where I was trying out my M1A and IHC M1 Garand. I had hoped to zero them in at the 25-yard line, but there were at least half a dozen guys using the two benches at that line. I ended up sharing the 50-yard line with four other guys, but they were nice enough to move all their gear off the bench they weren't using, and move two of the four targets they'd stapled all across the 50-yard board. At least the M1 was spot-on, and the M1A only needed a few rounds to get into the black.

Sorry, this is about Black Friday shopping. I'm waiting till Cyber Monday and see what kind of deals are available online. It's a pity the CMP isn't having such a sale; their last one two years ago was wild and wooly!

Got the Lead Slet for $50 at Dicks and the fire safe from Wal Mart. Kholsters.com has all of their holsters for $36 and free shipping. Great deal so I got a few for various guns. Didnt have to deal with too many lines anywhere either.

to me it seems the biggest thing about this year's black friday is how many and how soon the stores could open on thanksgiving.
