Wifey is going bugs looking all over for bread yeast. Anyone out there got some they'd sell?

There are many different brands, and you can probably order most online.

There are specific yeasts for several different applications, though I'm guessin' they could be more/less interchangeable in a pinch.

Google "champagne yeast" for example ...

Like fleischmans regular yeast is that what she is looking for..That is what we use for making bread.
I use it for my wine also.

I preferred Hodgson Mill for my... uh... err... alcoholic endeavors.

Had a less "bready" taste. Lol, and I'm not even gonna call my stuff "wine" ...

I picked up 3-3 packs last week and today the wife is going bunkers looking for flour, OOS or not what she wants.. GOOD LUCK..

We picked up the wheat grinder that was listed here in the classifieds, I guess we'll be grinding our own flour in the future..
