Most recipes I've seen call for a little bread yeast to get it going. :anyone:

Sweetie tried sourdough years ago, but we preferred the flavor of regular yeast breads.

Best bread machine I've ever owned! I actually let this one do the whole thing from knead to bake. I've worn out probably 5 or 6 'consumer' grade machines, and I've always just let the machine do the kneading then I would shape and bake myself. This machine was very pricey, but it certainly does a wonderful job!

It's not supposed to be sourdough. Haven't tried it yet myself though.

That loaf looks tasty.

On the Fleischmanns yeast for wine I use 1/2 a teaspoon for 3.5 quarts of juice in a 1 gallon jug.
not so bready yeasty
