If you got sealed bullets to deal with I have found seating the bullet deeper helps break the seal and makes bullet pulling much easier. It doesn't take much to break the seal once you have seated a hair deeper. The only thing that helps pulling cast bullets is hammer type pullers. A foam ear plug in the nose of the hammer helps to keep deforming the bullets, somewhat. To pull large amount of cast with no regard to using bullet for anything other than alloy a press and a pair of diagonal cutters will pull bullets faster than the kinetic puller.
