they aren't going out of business, just closing that plant and moving every thing to one area. freedom group owns them ,remington,marlin & others
Many businesses are consolidating their facilities these days, in preparation for the unknown future. I suspect Bushmaster's sales have slowed down since the market has been flooded with their respected product. The fear of losing access to the AR weapons has began to slow down and prices are dropping and the used market is filling with AR's of all brands.
