C-130 fuselage

This plane has been tucked away in a shop across from ours being worked on to convert the inside to a trainer for the mil.

They finally pulled it out yesterday and picked it up today!

What kind of trainer are they making out of it? I spent lots of time on 130's.

man i had a ton of fun on the 130s with the 777

i know ussa will be getting a fuselage soon but i think it was of the 747 variety not an ac 130 but who nows.

The owner of the sub-contractor crew was there today so of course the only natural thing to do is "20 Q's!!!"

He designed/built/installed the electrical/IT components for the training system. Govn't told him and I quote,"You've pulled off the impossible", maybe he was puffing his chest but I couldn't tell, anyways, he did let me and my 4yr old son into the second c130 fuselage they brought in today:

The crew foreman invited me to check their setup out whenever, so I'll venture over there in a couple months after they disassemble the inside and build-in the trainer systems to get you more details.
