I got my buck with a Browning BAR .243, gonna try for a doe with my Uberti '60 Henry in .44-40 with black powder handloads. Don't worry, I know it is not a 300 yard cartridge! But inside 50 yards it should do OK.

My boy is packing a 243 remmy 770 with 3-9-40 bushnell doa. My go to is my custom 03-a3 wearing a 5-15-40 bushnell elite with 165 gr nosler bt hand loads. 243 weather warrior savage is my backup
