There is a difference between active shooter incidents and gun violence rates. My guess is Chicago is still leading in gun violence. Which also makes the point that gun control only works against law abiding citizens.

Lemmeetellyas, anytime there is a someone shooting a gun, there is an active shooter. I was counting them up. I've been shot at three times but thank the good Lord, never hit.
