This happens all the time on I-35 NB near the Shields exit... I feel that if you want to take Shields and you also feel the need to drive 20 miles below the speed limit, just exit at 27th from the rightmost lane.

169 northbound in the morning in Tulsa has a serious problem with dump trucks and rock trucks who think they need to be in the far inside lane. Most of them still won't change lanes even with people going around them on the right(WRONG) side. If you won't drive the posted speed, just drive in the 1 or 2 right lanes, please?!?!
