My mother is a convicted felon. I noticed in the law that it says cannot have in the general area of a felon. Can I concealed carry if I go to my mothers house since the weapon will be on my person?
ooooo.. never thought about that. would read the law very very carefully, if you cannot have it near her then both of you guys could be in serious trouble. But i would think that you would be safe as long as it is on you person. It would be ludicrous if you couldn't.. it would be like going to wal mart and being arrested for some random guy being a felon standing next to you. but always CYA!!!
