Childrens backpacks on grown men...

So I've been trying to figure out why all of these "grown men" walk around with spongebob backpacks and what not..The other day I saw one and he had a few guys with him.

My idea: I think the kids backpacks might be a way of letting others know they are selling drugs? I don't see it often so I don't think it's just a "cool" thing to do. And I only really see it in the ghetto areas, which I happen to live in

What do you guys think?
