I beg your pardon, but my ex-wife was the debbil and she lost money in them there places.

It’s a good thing she didn’t go in the hole, because the casino would have placed a lien on your house.

I don't mind if other people have a lot of money and gamble but my money defines my labor and I'm not giving it away to some casino. However, if the food is good and reasonable I might stop in and partake but I have an idea it is not that reasonable that it merits my presence. Along that line, I read Mike Lindell's book, What Are The Odds and he took a 9 month "card reading" class and went to many casinos and lost his fortune several times. If he can't win then I surely can't.

It also casts doubt on “psychics.” If there really were psychics, the casinos would be fiscally challenged.

I often wondered what it cost them to hit those big payoffs.

I have a life time buddy that has a gambling addiction. He retired early from his high paying job because he didn't get enough casino time. Took two years to lose $600,000 of his retirement and hock everything he owned to the local pawn shop while taking out loans against the equity in his home.
Dead broke with nothing but a pickup and a suitcase of clothes he moved in with his daughter for several years. His mom passed away finally leaving him almost a million dollars. Bought his home back, started his hobby's again, bought new guns and within two years was dead broke again.
He was bragging to me one time that he had won $16,000.00 on a jackpot one night. When I asked him how much it cost to win that jackpot he replied about $30,000.00.
So, that is the answer to how much it costs at times to win the big jackpot. Other times you just get the luck of the spin.
99% of folks go out, spend their $20, socialize with friends win/lose a few bucks and call it an evening. Some just can't do that.

In Mike Lindell's book he relates he went to Las Vegas to gamble and win. He was playing a few slot machines and was losing big time and a guy walked up and asked him if he wouldn't mind if he played on the machine next to Lindell the just moved from. He received permission and pulled the lever once and hit the jackpot. Mike was sick.

Hell, there’s two separate drawings, I’m realizing - today. I worked all night & am in Durant doing laundry. I was thinking today was Monday, but it’s Tuesday. And I haven’t been to bed.
I guess I’m going to get a nap in the casino garage in my car before I go in and try my fate. I don’t have my good luck charms on me either.
