I don't mind if other people have a lot of money and gamble but my money defines my labor and I'm not giving it away to some casino. However, if the food is good and reasonable I might stop in and partake but I have an idea it is not that reasonable that it merits my presence. Along that line, I read Mike Lindell's book, What Are The Odds and he took a 9 month "card reading" class and went to many casinos and lost his fortune several times. If he can't win then I surely can't.
I have a life time buddy that has a gambling addiction. He retired early from his high paying job because he didn't get enough casino time. Took two years to lose $600,000 of his retirement and hock everything he owned to the local pawn shop while taking out loans against the equity in his home.I often wondered what it cost them to hit those big payoffs.
