Ain’t that the truth! Been waiting on that for quite awhile. Now if they could get the O-line tuned up they’d be a legit contender. They are missing Creed and could use another Loadholt or two.

I'm not sure about being a contender, at least not quite yet. Caleb is really good for a true freshman, but he is still a freshman and making freshman mistakes, like holding the ball too long and not seeing open receivers even when the line was giving him time. There's no doubt he'll get there, he's just not there yet.

Caleb better step his game up to heisman levels and quick. The Sooners had Malachi Nelson on campus this weekend and apparently has committed to OU. My boy played against him in high school as they were in the same league and got ruined. They kid was offered full ride by Bama as an incoming freshman. He'll probably be in the heisman talk in 2-3 years. Sooners got a good one.

Agreed but they still got Rattler. Just think of all the shenanigans Riley could pull if he played them both roughly equal time. Still need some O-Line tho...
