The last 7 years??? How about the last 116 years? 90-19-7. The most lopsided state school rivalry in college football history. Besides, I couldn't stand to watch a rematch in the Big 12 championship anyway. My heart couldn't stand it. Enjoy your time in the sun. Lord knows, you Pokes fans have waited long enough.
Remember that most of those 90 wins was when OU was a University and Oklahoma A&M was a college not nearly as large and with not as many resources. For years the only Law School and Medical School were OU so a lot of donors were Lawyers and Doctors. It's not easy to attract good players to little Stillwater, and OSU fans are, on the whole, not expecting to win every game. Because of the way things were in the 30' and 40's OSU the 4th highest number of National championships, led by USC, Stanfor. and UCLA

I'll give you that. Sometime in the 1920's, I think, OSU made the decision that their students could no longer bring their cows with them to class. Cut the enrollment in half overnight. :D I'm gradually getting over the dreaded "OU syndrome"--expecting them to win every game. There is a lot more parity in college football these days. And, now Alabama fans are saddled with the problem of expecting their team to win every game. They can have that problem....

Expecting to win every single time would get to be boring in my way of thinking.

I would think you would have gotten over that a long time ago, OU hasn't won the big game in 21 years.

I was there for the last tie, at OSU 15-15 in 1992. Probably the most anticlimactic game ever. OU was out of time outs and tried to run the field goal team on to the field around the 25y line, they got lined up and the clock ran out. Everyone looked around at each other and we all left lol.
