You know you have been in quarantine to long when you really start experimenting with dinner.


Crawfish tail and andouille sausage stuffed, bacon wrapped, apple wood smoked gator with a chicken in its mouth. This was well worth waiting for the 24 hour brine and 6 hour smoke!

Did you get the gator like that or was it complete with skin?

That's an amazing feat of smoked meat goodness!

I love crawfish tails and andouille sausage but I have only had a small taste of gator.


I didn't do it, a friend shared it on FB. I do not have a smoker, gator, crawfish tails or andouille sausage. :pms2:
