Smoked a chuck roast today for dinner. Had some hashbrown casserole and macaroni salad with it.

Here's what we're working on tonight:

Mixture of pork and beef, stuffed wit hot links, pepper jack and a jalapeno slice, then wrapped in bacon. They're on the smoker right now, for 45 mins or so at 200F, then I'll crank it up some to try to crisp up the bacon.

I made a dessert, too, I'll show that in a bit.
