So here is what The Boy made the other night - all his, start to finish.
Smoked pork loin, some pork Stove Top with sauteed apples and pork belly added in, and a nice little fruit salad.

Here's what we're working on tonight:
Mixture of pork and beef, stuffed wit hot links, pepper jack and a jalapeno slice, then wrapped in bacon. They're on the smoker right now, for 45 mins or so at 200F, then I'll crank it up some to try to crisp up the bacon.
I made a dessert, too, I'll show that in a bit.
