Brioche rolls, S&P, American cheese until gooey, nothing else. Amazing crust on the super hot aluminum GrillGrates.

Fabulous.

Hairoun beer, then a margarita, then a Nicaraguan cigar. Watched the helper gurl run around the yard like a maddog.

Late to the thread with this one, but cooking steaks the other night, the Traeger went up in smoke. The electronics Caught fire, then caught the pellet hopper on fire. Had to drag it out from under the eves of the house into the yard and douse it with water.

I'll have to check with Traeger to see if its repairable and they have parts. It was built for sale at Costco only. You can't find the model # on their website, so I hope they have a universal electronics module that can be replaced.
