threw a pork shoulder on the smoker this morning.

On my ritual wallyworld trip I always keep a eye open for discounts on meat, scored some ribs that were discounted, 3 for the freezer and 1 for the egg. Got the egg warmed up to 250, cut a rack in half so it fits better, seasoned with a rub, on the smoke, applewood, for 3-1/2 hours, last 15 minutes hit with a sauce thats been thinned out so it spreads evenly across the ribs when it hits the ribs, short rest then slice and eat.
