OK guys, need advice. Daughter gave us a couple of beef filet, best way to cook them medium rare and tender?
Just my $0.02, I’ve had them turn out great in the smoker with hickory (my usual method) but pan frying them in butter is pretty darn hard to beat.

Bacon, egg and cheese on Cheddar-jalapeno Bagel. Salted avocado on sourdough with bacon. Almost forgot to take a pic hence the half eaten toast, LOL
