I didn't make any cake, but I did just pull this white chocolate croissant bread pudding out of the oven.

That's the way I felt when I worked in southern Louisana.

I'm actually down 30# this year. I probably won't have any of the bread pudding since I don't eat very many carbs these days.

I'm at my perfect weight of 230# and fight hard to stay there by eating smaller portions and also closely watching carbs. Pasta is hard though, I love spaghetti and goulash. Love rice too but I feel like that's better for me than pasta.
