Pork belly "burnt ends" just pulled off the heat. Hit them one more time with a honey bath tomorrow on the warm up for lunch. Hurry up lunch time!

Anyone cook on a Blackstone Grill and have any awesome recipes?
I would suggest a U-Tube search for "Flat top griddle King" and you will find a lot of various items covered for a starting point. I have found enough there to get myself started then modify to do my own stuff later. I have cooked every meal on my 36" BS for a week just for fun and enjoyed every meal I had. Good luck you you.
