Nothing fancy. Home grown jalapenos with homemade Cajun sausage and pepper jack cheese and homemade bacon.
I forgot to take a picture but tonight was a Bambi Manwich and a salad. Not bad at all.
My Mom is turning 82 this weekend. My wife is going to be out of town so we had Mom and my Aunt over last night for dinner. Beet hummus with lemon zest for starter(pic is the aftermath). Caesar salad with homemade dressing. Chicken piccata over angel hair pasta with roasted beets(garden), carrots(garden) and butternut squash. Finished with a pineapple upside down cake. Had a semi-dry sauvignon blanc with dinner. A more sweet Rose with dessert. A few Sapporo while cooking! I'll have to try and take pics BEFORE we start eating it or AFTER we're through.

Slab of salmon on the smoker today.
Say, we’re having salmon for dinner too although mine will be seared in a cast iron skillet over butter then baked in the oven with lemon and dill. Sides are twice baked tater and roasted asparagus.
I was going to use butter and lemon pepper but I was out of lemon pepper so I used Dan Os. So this will either be great or terrible. lol
Here it is. I’m not a big salmon fan so the Mrs got the bigger piece of fish.
