If you go back and look, that is what we were doing at the time. Deducing what his occupation was.

Well this thread sure turned into a pissing contest.


On the original topic, I wonder if the increase in corporate profits has anything to do with the increase in the number of small LLC corps? Back a couple decades ago, becoming an LLC was a PITA and the benefits of reduced liability were not as big of a deal. Now days setting your mom and pop biz as an LLC is easy as going to legal zoom.com and you're ready to go. Plus today's society is so damned litigious you better have a way to CYA and LLCs are a good way to do it.

May be an alternative explanation to the numbers other than all corps are evil bastards.
