No problem! I was going to guess it was Century. With the US AK builders (Century probably being the largest), it depends on how the parts came over and when. IIRC before 2005 AK parts kits could be imported with the barrel intact so most kits had the original barrel. After that date, the barrels could not be imported so it became big business to make AK barrels stateside. Some were good, some were not so good. It's also worth noting that it's difficult to confirm the date of an AK build. The date on the trunnion is the original build date of the rifle, not the date the rifle was rebuilt stateside from a parts kit.

I'm assuming the Tantal is in 5.45? If so, I believe most of that stuff is corrosive.
