Here's an Oscar Mike that went to a fellow today out of the case at OPS ~

He wanted the thumb ramp on the kydex sheath and a large Tek-Lok to attach to his gear.

Why do so many meth-heads buy your knives? :P

I've honestly had little to no interest in knives, but seeing those Ridgebacks makes it quite tempting to stand in line, they're beautiful.

Nice to see all of the hard work involved in just making 1 knife, thanks for sharing!

Thanks Danny - it does take a little while to build just one knife. When I did the math last time I was at $3.81 an hour. If they can pay for more steel I'm happy :)

Picking up where we left off: time to ream the 1/4" holes to accept the threaded stainless stand-offs.

Line everything up and mark with a transfer punch

Make a better divot with a spring loaded punch (we used these to break car windows when I worked the street as a medic :))

Look at them all lined up and pretty, like 12 sisters. I'm coming to see them at The Show.

Cool! c'mon by :)

Here's four shipping out to Les Robertsons Custom Cutlery.
600 grit machine finish.

Sure, I put my makers mark on my knives but I like to sign my work as well.

Got Milligan's knife done. He asked for textured micarta which turned out looking like black faded jeans - different. This is the knife that started the work in progress portion of this thread. As he took the original prototype out for field trials I thanked him for doing so with this knife.

The sheath without the Tek-Lok is to be mounted behind his mag pouch on his duty belt.

See you guys next weekend!
