Yes she did. Now if you are one of those people that universally thinks LE are always right, then more power to you. If some officer came in to my work, demanded I do something that would compromise my license, and possibly get me sued. I'd argue too.
You keep Monday morning QB'ing the situation and say you would've shut your mouth and gone to jail and dealt with it later. Well.... she came out on top in her situation, more so than you would have, and brought light to some "you will respect my authoritah" attitudes. Seems she was smarter than your average Caveman.
If mouth shut she wouldn't have been handcuffed and she or I wouldn't be put in jail either. Your defending an after the fact situation that many other situations/video in this thread and other threads also claim and they have been killed. What makes you think the same result of her situation so far couldn't be done if she complied.

One thing I did catch is that you're trying some sort of comparison to other "resisting arrest" situations? It's pretty easy to show those are apples to oranges situations. Namely, someone doing their job at their place of employment is quite a bit different than getting pulled over for having a warrant and trying to run away in a vehicle vs arguing with a supervisor on the phone.
If she complied that would mean she gave access for a blood draw on the guy, right? I don't know how she could have kept her mouth shut. As the Leo was asking for access she would just stare at him?
The guy who cuffed her lost his cool and blew it. She got her money and he got fired. This is a totally different scenario to me from someone resisting an arrest in the field.
You have not watched the videos apparently.As stated above, those two dumbasses tried to play "Simon Says" with Lt. Nazario and he saw he was in immediate danger, so he didn't play along. That entire contact was a TO's nightmare.
