Don't forget the bricks and frozen soft drink cans thrown at the police who responded with flashbangs and tear gas
Isn't that considered peaceful? I'm pretty sure that's all within the definition, as is a little pharmacy looting.

I blame the dead guy for his actions. I blame the female officer for mistakenly using the wrong “weapon”. I also blame the male officer that was hands on with the dead guy when he was the alive guy. This is just one more video I’ve seen where the drivers door is left open when the officer decides to go hands on. The only possible reason I see for the drivers door to be left open is to use it to help contain an individual. The negatives I see is that can be used as an obstacle against the officer and gives the suspect an opening to return to the vehicle where there could be a weapon. I’ve never been a cop but I’ve wrassled breathing creatures and they are harder to fight when they are returning to or have returned to their hole/cave/drivers seat. Anyhow, I dunno what is appropriate for punishment but I do think there’s plenty of blame to go around. Oh and I’ll also so I think tasers should be eliminated. Folks need to comply with the officer.....if they don’t well then play stupid games win stupid prizes.
Hadn't heard of the first shooting. Most officers never draw a weapon from what I've been told in their career. Details? As been said, this illustrates poor training. To note, this was the officer’s 2nd fatal shooting in the last two years.

Did she do the shoot? To clarify ... the information on Kim Potter (a 26 year veteran) was that she was one of the first officers on the scene when officers shot a guy with a knife. She was their union president at the time of that shooting.
What I saw during some interviews with long time LEO was that the subject should have been moved away from the door, the door shut and taken to the rear of the vehicle to be interviewed in front of a dash cam and body cams.
They said it was a training failure for that department to have let him stand in front of that open door.
Just passing on what I saw.
That comment shows what his agenda is on cops and or second amendment. Ive have never heard a more stupid comment from a public official. Not one person from the media called him out for the comment from what ive heard. Nothing but BLM activists asking questions. Sickening
