For the second year in a row the neighbors killed my #1 hitlist buck. Got him at first light this morning. I’m bummed to say the least. Maybe another good one will show up.

I asked myself what is the neighbor doing different, or what does his property offer that mine doesn't.
Let's even the odds or hopefully be the one with bragging rights next year.

That sucks coach! I bet the big boys start roaming around soon. Maybe you’ll get another chance.
Sidenote, my son follows all the groups on Facebook and Instagram. He says success so far this morning has been poor.

Didn't even see a deer this morning.....lost about 6 pints of blood to the mosquitos though.

I wish I had a hit list. I haven’t gotten pictures of any shooters yet.
A couple people have told me about a good one they’ve seen driving by the property. That worries me a little...
