You'd probably never find out; that would be suppressed as irrelevant.

Patronizing a prostitute is also a crime, and nothing here precludes her being charged.

I do note the lack of arrest info in this story even though she admitted to being paid for sex. If Cody was “fleeing” the country, why would he do so to a country with an extradition treaty with the US? Again, Cody is not stupid. However, if he already had plans to be there and knew of the warrant for his arrest, he probably wouldn’t just hop on a plane knowing he would be greeted by US Marshals when he arrived at Customs. (I would stay out of the US as well) I’m willing to bet he has his own people investigating this at home and he is waiting to hear what is turned up before he shows himself. This whole thing sounds like a movie script. I’d be willing to be that it was a set up to take him off the streets, cost him tons of cash and possibly bankrupt his business. I’m also betting that he does the exact opposite (which I would to). If he snuck back in the US and needed a place to hang, he could stay at my casa. Piss on whomever is trying to shut him down.

Here, but occasionally There.
I call B.S.. She said he paid her $500. Pretty sure she is the one who should have been arrested for prostitution. With all of the people and federal agencies he's pissed off, I'm sure they put together an "op" to screw him over. I'm sure he's smart enough to have everything he owns in someone else's name or at least a holding company. He is not stupid and I don't think he is stupid enough to put himself in a situation to be taken advantage of in the way presented.

I might would think that he's more in the wrong here, considering that he first contacted her on "SugarDaddyMeet." There is a wee bit of a clue there that I'm sure he knew about. Not so sure he's smart enough yet.

I don’t blame him for wanting to rent rather than buy. It’s far cheaper. And so he likes younger chicks. It’s called niotiny. If the chick had a fake ID, and lied to him he should only be charged for paying for sex (which everyone reading this has done), since it, for a dumbass reason, is illegal just about everywhere. There’s more to the story and I’m withholding judgment until I know more. And still think it’s a total set up.

Yeah and it's not like fake IDs aren't common and easy to get. There was a case somewhere that revealed young girls were using fake IDs to make porn so it's obvious some are using them for that, possibly prostitution or just to hook up with older guys.

Looks like Austin is getting out in front of that line of reasoning so as to head it off.

Officer told reporters that detectives believe "if someone mistakes [the alleged victim's] age it would be because they think she's younger, not older than the 16-year-old that she is."

Of course we'll never get to see for ourselves whether she looked 13 or 23, seeing as she's a minor. I'm assuming that she's also being given immunity in exchange for testifying against Wilson, hence no charges for her. No word yet as to whether she's an independent contractor or tied to human trafficking, but I'm assuming since she was seeing a counselor, she's working solo.

As for Wilson, if he favors underage fair Taiwan might be on the tour. Regardless, people will draw the association and coupled with him committing international flight, it makes him look VERY guilty.

You'd think people were smart enough, but it happens all the time. Consider our esteemed senator shorty.

So what's the issue with sugardaddy, college girls across the country are using it to help pay for school and have the lifestyle they can't afford on their own. Most of our society agrees with young people having the life they can't afford either through school loan money backed by the taxpayers, their parents supporting them, or the welfare breeder bonuses paid by the public. Why is a girl deciding to sell her assets(as opposed to just giving them away) different than working otherwise except of course she can't make as much as easily? And why is it worse than making her way at the expense of others through redistribution of wealth which is often involuntary or coerced out of those paying for it?
As for him being more in the wrong are you saying the person buying sex is more guilty than the person selling it?

Interesting how in the age of 3rd. wave feminism women who choose to give it away when and wherever, porn stars and phone sex girls, etc. are strong empowered women using their assets to their advantage but suddenly all prostitutes are victims of trafficking. Almost sounds like it's more about keeping the power of sex under the control of one gender as opposed freedom, equality, or societies overall good.
Interesting that in many places the focus has become arresting johns but not arresting or having programs to help the hookers because of the blanket decision that they're all victims because no woman would ever choose or consider it a fun easy well paying job right?
The question arises that are some of these attitudes we see shared by many a throwback to our questionable Puritan roots or a bias system, almost supremacist in some ways like some consider the no fault divorce system. Interesting to note that some consider the no fault divorce system political considering who invented it.

Interesting article regarding prostitution.

Well it's one thing for a college freshman to use SugarDaddyMeet in order to exchange her time for college tuition in lieu of student loans. It's another thing entirely for a high school freshman to use it for whatever teenage HS girls want money for. :(
