So, if this guy has an ffl and he purchases multiple to sell from a lgs with his ffl, isnt he ok? If he purchased them for his personal collection and filled out a 4473, i guess he cant sell them with his ffl? If he doesnt have it yet and is talking about purchasing for resale, i guess he likes living on the edge.

If he purchased them for his personal collection and filled out a 4473, i guess he cant sell them with his ffl? Wrong, I could sell them under my FFL, when it arrives, as long as I log them into and out of my A&D book

Having an FFL doesn't prevent you from selling your private firearms as a private seller.
