How do you differentiate between a burrito, an enchilada, and a chimichanga ?

I realize the Chimi is flash fried but other than that they all seem to be in the same category -- I personally prefer a Chimi

The burrito has all it stuff on the inside and usually does not include rabbit food and is rolled inside a flour tortilla. enchilada has meat and cheese on the inside of a corn tortilla and is covered in chili sauce or a sour creme sauce. and yes the chimi is fried.

Tacos Don Nachos has a lengua Burrito that is my fave. Wet or dry and it's huge.
For a breakfast Burrito I always go to Braums. Bag of 5 for $7.
Freeze 3 in a ziplock and eat 2 over the next two mornings

Put rice in my burrito and I’ll kick your ass
Not a rice guy on any plate. To me, it's like bread on another meal. Not much taste and meant to be a filler. Put that nasty sour cream on anything, and you get the entire plate back for a new one.
It better not be just scraped off and the original plate brought back out.
Sauce it up with a mountain of cheese, and it's a good burrito. Chili over the top is good too.

I wasn’t a rice guy either until I tried Korean Bolgogi Dolsot Bibimbap at B-Won. I was totally skeptical but went anyway. Unbelievable!

This is where the guys from Tinker eat that have actually been to Korea.

I call it Korean redneck food! Trust me, you’ll like it.

Don’t forget the red sauce in liberal amounts!

Catrina's in Tulsa area. I eat some real Mexican food about twice a week, but I have to admit that place makes the best burritos. Get some habanero salsa to add on it and it's pure bliss. Also one burrito is enough for two people.

6 street tacos for $10 on Tuesdays. Love their salsas... except the verde. :D
