Must be a ratio thing. Pretty much the same ingredients in all three.
All made by different companies. By the way, Texas Pete is made in Winston Salem NC, and there is a lawsuit currently regarding false advertising having Texas in its name and being made in NC. Texas Pete extra hot is really good. Still vinegar flavor but not quite as strong as Tabasco. Almost a little buttery.

When you eat army food for a few years it gives you the opportunity to really dial in the hot sauce because there isn’t any other flavor to get in the way.
