I'm gonna call BS on the regional map though. Texas Pete, Crystal and Louisiana hot sauce are all the same. How can they tell the difference? And Heinz? Does that mean ketchup?

I'm like Hillary Clinton, always carry hot sauce "Tabasco".

Tabasco Chipotle followed by Cholula for most Mexican type foods. Frank's Red Hot for pizza. When I worked at Little Sleazer's (almost 30 years ago), I would make a pepperoni pizza with the hot wing sauce replacing the pizza sauce. Best pizza that ever came out of Sleazer's, but boy did my toilet hate me after those pizzas.

I know this data is skewed since it's products delivered by Instacart, but I'm fairly shocked that Sriracha isn't up there for a single state. That's probably my go to sauce. Tabasco Chipotle is a great sauce as well. Past that I have something like 20-25 different hot sauces in my pantry I go through, so I'm kind of a hussy for different types.

Louisiana and Crystal for red (I bounce around, and no, they aren't the same), and Cholula Green--which I buy in 64 oz jugs.

On the other hand, anyone tried Dave's Insanity? Not my fav but a little dab will do ya!
