Never said they did nor did I imply that Mr.Tran. All that was being said in that article was don't be wasteful and I was stating that they should never be wasteful. I didn't say anything about training.

It should be obvous to anyone with more than 3 IQ points that slightly cutting an increase in the amount of money you used to operate for the last 12 months should have zero effect on the present situation - in fact, since it does involve an actual increase, there is more money, not less. This is an act for tyrants to bullsh*t our ignorant and dependent population to gain support for tax increases, without cutting anything.

I don't know about the Marines, but my neighbor is Federal law enforcement and he was complaining just yesterday about the cut backs on plinking ammo.
As a Marine, I can tell you that the Marines have always been expected to do more with less. It's the nature of the beast.
