I know an idiot that used to buy a large jug of liquid laundry detergent, pour it into another container, fill the empty with water and return for refund. My aunt witnessed a person remove the lid on a jar of mayonnaise, stick his tongue in it, replace the lid and put it back on the shelf.
Granted walmart may have a larger populous of people who conduct themselves in this manner, it is not isolated to them.

People are disgusting. While in a grocery store I watched a woman open a bottle of orange soda, stick her finger in it and taste her finger. She put the lid back on and put it back.
