I just picked up a Henry pump .22lr and was perfectly happy until I saw this thread. Now I absolutely NEED a bolt .22 also...

Now to pick which one...
Theres a 17hmr 457 in the classifieds section right now. Price is fair, but not a steal. you can always swap out the barrel with various length/caliber barrels made by CZ, Lilja, or Lothar Walther. You can even buy different OE stocks from CZ.

I am also left handed and had a few left hand shotguns but never a rifle.I did see a CZ 452 on gunbroker a year ago and let it get away from me.

Basic bolt .22 in a left hand.

Looking for to taking it to the range and later putting a scope on it!
I have a 452 Scout with those sights on it. It's the only long gun I own that's not scoped. Give those irons a chance and you might agree with me. I love them.
In fact, when faced with the choice of losing that front sight to be able to get the barrel threaded, I just bought a whole new threaded CZ (which I scoped).

There’s just something about iron sights and hogback stocks. I may have to get another one soon, lol.
Man this thread blew up. Now I need a bolt .22lr...
DO IT
First mistake is opening this thread...
I bought one today and I’m already planning my next one
I need to read this thread again apparently. Need to distract myself, stumbled into a hole looking at Parker and Purdey shotguns.
