Does anyone dislike the new PikePass stickers more than me?

and even though I put mine behind my mirror and cant see it from the inside, it still sticks out more that the box from the outside which I also don't like...

The entire northeast section of the US uses the E-ZPass system. Very handy for us truckers who unfortunately have to drive up there.

Yeah this is what kind of buffaloed me when I first came to OK. I saw PikePass, and thought "WTF is PikePass?" I was so used to seeing EZPass in the yankee states and podunk West Virginia it didn't dawn on me that it wasn't a national toll system for easier use. It's not like the states don't get the same money from it right?

Lesser of two evils kinda thing, behind the mirror is not visible from the drivers seat, which is where I spend most of my time, so I see it less there than anywhere else, not even a huge deal, just a small eyesore...

The lady at the pikepass store told me that for a one time $25 charge you can get a new box when your old one needs replacement.

I bought one of these because I rent cars several times a year. Looks just like the old ones. The new ones have suction cups for portability.

That is where I have mine right now, I taped it up with scotch tape until I figure out what if there is anything else I can do.

I think the temporary tape is a good permanent solution.

this guy is right, its $25 they give a new one thats just like the old one just has suction cups on it so you can remove it easily. They call it the portable option. They had them in the store and comes off easy.

I don't remember paying toll in Tx, Mo, Ks. Are they starting to charge?

I35 going into Kansas has been a toll road since the 60's.

To make it portable I'd simply mount it to a thin piece of acrylic or plexiglass sheet cut to the same size as the sticker. Then use velco tabs to attach that to the windshield.

This is what I did and it wirks just fine. Get the velcro strips at wally world and take it from car to car.

I love the stickers... much less obtrusive than the old boxes. And mine went behind my mirror. I can still see it if I look, but it doesn't bother me anymore. I think from the outside it is pretty visible, but as much as I travel the Muskogee Turnpike, I'm not stopping every time. And I don't keep cash with me much, either.
