Yea. Thats why I said earlier, he should have just stood over him with the gun until the LEOs came.
Mine might lose power or the tape get lost, like the one in the Bethany officer sleeping with the guy's wife. Sometimes tapes just get lost.

They obviously proved that the kid was still alive when he was shot the additional five times. I'm no pathologist, but if the autopsy showed blood flow from the last five wounds, he was still alive when he received them. If I recall correctly, they said he would have died from the first wound, but had not at the time of the .380 shots.
Does anybody know if the first wound was from a .45 long colt or a .410 shell? I don't think I ever heard, and the "judge" shoots both. CB

The reason I signed it was because, the jury is basically equating Mr. Ersland(Murder 1) with the likes of other murder 1 associates??!! I totally disagree.........again, thats why I signed the petition.

**My OPINION** Why not Manslaughter?? Why not probation??
I have said enough, posted enough, and will continue to monitor and remember who the key players are when its time to vote.
