Well no crap they have problems there. It's El Reno which is Spanish for "The Crapper".
Wish I had known that!! I'll go to Joe Cooper from now on.

You car was not the only thing broken into that night, the actual store was broken into as well.
It would have been checked in if the service center had been open, but I definitely see your point.guess I got to go against the grain here. You car was parked outside on their lot, but was not in their control for a repair? you didn't say here are my keys see you tomorrow? you simply parked on their lot. If so, then I would guess you are out of luck, not sure why anyone would think different, simply cause it is parked on their lot. You wouldn't get a good response out of a 7-11, an apartment complex or walmart either. If it was given to them for a repair, then they are responsible, though most shops have signs that say not responsible for theft, etc.
Security guard hasn't said anything about it. Dealership claims they aren't liable because they have signs in the bays that say "Not responsible for damage/theft" etc... However, the car was parked outside because they were closed. Car was parked out of camera's view....?
I'm thinking about consulting a lawyer to see what the deal is. It all seems off to me.
Figured I'd poll OSA experience before lawyer though
